☛The Silk Screen Printing Machine is used for 4 color 2 Station T-shirt overprinting.Two stations can be put at 2 angles(90° & 180°). Screen frame holder could spin at 360 degree to match color. This machine is combination structure, suitable for express transportation, attached with whole set installation tools. The machine MUST be fixed on the table with screw before printing. ☛Each screen frame holder has a locating detent, put it closely in the locating wheel, then can make sure the plate is exactly. According to the weight of the screen frame, spring tension can be adjusted by the screws to achieve balance. Near the locating wheel is a screw to adjust the distance between the chuck and the pallet arm. ☛This press come with bracket. It help you install the platen more easily. The platen can be moved back and forth. Two stations can be put at 2 angles(90° & 180°) ☛The width of the screen frame clamp is 10inch, suitable for screen frame within the outsize size of 24inch and within the thickness of 1.6inch. The screen frame clamp can be moved up and down within 2 inch. The pallet is 22inch long, 18inch wide and 0.7inch thick. Surface of the platen is slightly pitting, more suitable for cleaning the pallet glue. ☛The Screen Printing Pallet is made of environmental and high density melamine materials,The surface of the Screen Printing Machine adopts advanced electrostatic spraying treatment, which is anti-distortion, water proofing, corrosion resistance and easy to clean.
